Position: Performance Management Manager
Drive organizational transformation as the Manager of Performance Management and Analytics with Finance Shared Services in Toronto. Use data-driven insights to shape strategic business decisions and enhance performance.

In this essential role, you will partner with senior leadership to leverage complex data for actionable insights. Your analytics expertise will be crucial in leading reporting initiatives, developing executive-level insights, and implementing data visualization solutions. You'll advocate for high-value analytics, ensuring they're adopted across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead performance reporting initiatives for Finance Shared Services

• Develop executive insights for OKR and KPI planning

• Champion analytics adoption organization-wide

• Design dashboards and visualization tools using Tableau

• Build robust data transformation pipelines with SQL and Python

Requirements:

• 5+ years in advanced analytics and predictive modeling

• Proficient in SQL and Python for data analysis

• 3+ years in data visualization, preferably Tableau

• Proven ability to bridge business and technical areas

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
