As the Director of PMO, you will bridge the PMO Lead and EVP, ensuring consistent application of governance standards and technical oversight. Your expertise in data flows and system architecture is essential for guiding technical teams and managing delivery risks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, overseeing high-priority initiatives in finance and operational platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead PMO governance and methodology application
• Act as escalation point for delivery risks
• Oversee complex implementations and data flows
• Define scope and success criteria for finance initiatives
• Facilitate executive-level steering committees
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Technology
• 7-10+ years in program management
• Experience with complex system implementations
• Strong knowledge of SQL and data integration
• Skilled in Agile, waterfall, and hybrid methodologies
