Key Responsibilities- Build and lead a top‑tier analytics team
- Translate business questions into actionable insights
- Define the studio's analytics strategy and focus areas
- Enhance speed‑to‑insights using AI and contemporary tools
- Advocate for data‑driven personalization in gaming
- 10+ years in analytics or related fields
- 4+ years managing data teams
- Robust SQL, Python, or R expertise
- Familiar with GenAI tools and workflows
- Demonstrated analytical and technical acumen
