Enhance user engagement as a Digital Marketing Specialist with BMO. Collaborate with teams to optimize digital experiences and create impactful marketing assets.
In this role, you will be instrumental in executing digital personalization strategies h over 3 years of experience in digital marketing, you will configure marketing assets, translate requirements into engaging content, and monitor key performance indicators. Effective communication and project management skills are essential for ensuring quality outputs and adherence to deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
• Configure digital marketing assets using approved templates
• Translate requirements into engaging content and CTAs
• Monitor and report on performance against defined KPIs
• Lead intake meetings to clarify marketing requests
• Ensure consistent quality and adherence to project timelines
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
• 3+ years experience in digital marketing or operations
• Familiarity with A/B testing and campaign targeting
• Strong understanding of digital product delivery processes
• Excellent project management and communication skills
