Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Data Analyst-SAS, SQL, Teradata. This contract position involves supporting customer journey deployment through technical design, data quality assurance, and detailed analysis to drive insights and improve processes. The role offers an opportunity for a seasoned data professional to contribute to innovative projects in a dynamic environment.

Pay rate range (CAD): 50.72/hr-$60.87/hr

• Design technical specifications for customer journey deployment
• Support user acceptance testing to ensure data availability and quality across platforms
• Conduct detailed analysis and investigations to identify issues, trends, and insights
• Develop reporting and measurement solutions for customer journeys
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met
• Monitor data integrity and implement quality control procedures
• Document technical processes and analytical findings

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, reporting, and campaign or journey measurement
• 5+ years of experience in fintech, telecommunications, or customer-facing environments
• Strong hands‑on experience with SAS, SQL, Teradata/DB Visualizer, Salesforce CRM, and Power BI
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
• Effective stakeholder communication skills
  
  Experience supporting data‑driven projects and initiatives

• Knowledge of customer journey mapping tools and methodologies
• Experience with additional analytics platforms or programming languages
• Understanding of data privacy and compliance frameworks
• Previous experience working in a hybrid or flexible work environment
