Drive insights and data strategy as an eCommerce Analytics Manager for Roots, a Canadian lifestyle brand. Leverage analytics to enhance performance and support growth across digital channels.
In this pivotal role, you'll partner with the Ecommerce and digital leadership team h over 6 years of experience in ecommerce analytics, you will provide insights on traffic, conversion rates, and customer acquisition. Your analytical expertise will foster data-driven decision-making and solidify your influence in shaping business strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze eCommerce trends and identify risks for decision-making
• Deliver weekly and quarterly performance reporting for stakeholders
• Develop KPI frameworks to track performance and commercial outcomes
• Conduct post-period reviews to enhance future forecasts
• Create dashboards using Power BI for self-serve reporting
Requirements:
• 6+ years in ecommerce or digital analytics
• Proficiency in Power BI and GA4
• Strong skills in forecasting and hind sighting analysis
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to translate complex data into narratives
