Elevate your career as a Lead Developer for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM in Toronto, ON. Drive CRM implementations, optimizations, and stakeholder engagement in this contract role.
In this critical position, you will leverage your expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM to design, implement, and optimize solutions across Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing modules. As a Subject Matter Expert, you will translate business requirements into effective technical solutions and oversee end-to-end CRM implementations.
Your role will include stakeholder management, workshops, and providing strategic guidance for CRM transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead design and implementation of CRM solutions
• Manage stakeholder engagement and requirements workshops
• Oversee CRM enhancements and support engagements
• Ensure adherence to governance and security standards
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using AI and automation
Requirements:
• 8 years in Microsoft Dynamics CRM D365
• Strong CRM functional and technical expertise
• Hands-on experience with Power Platform
• Experience in solution architecture
• Excellent communication skills with stakeholders
