Take the lead as the Manager of Reporting Analytics at Sun Life Canada’s Group Retirement Services. Drive data transformations and enhance reporting processes in a hybrid work model.
In this 18‑month contract, you will guide an analytics team focused on advancing the company’s analytical capabilities. Your leadership will involve collaborating with stakeholders to deliver effective analytical solutions, supporting performance analysts, and conducting data discovery to identify insights. A strong focus on visualizing data and automating processes will streamline operations for GRS.
Key Responsibilities:
• Liaise with stakeholders to provide analytical insights
• Support performance analysts in task prioritization
• Conduct data discovery to identify anomalies
• Design visualizations that tell a compelling data story
• Identify improvements for process automation
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years leading analytical teams
• 5+ years in Data or Performance Analyst roles
• Proficient in AWS, Python, or SQL for 5+ years
• Experience with Tableau or Power BI
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
