Key Responsibilities:
• Lead vision and strategy for digital user experiences
• Oversee product design including research and UI design
• Drive alignment across functions on complex projects
• Support design system scalability and brand consistency
• Advocate for inclusive design and accessibility practices
Requirements:
• 10+ years in digital experience design or product management
• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager or similar CMS
• Proven track record in leading successful digital initiatives
• Strong understanding of human-centered design principles
• Excellent leadership and mentoring skills
