Configuration Developer; XML​/FireLight

We are seeking a Configuration Developer with experience in XML and the Fire Light platform to configure and maintain business rules within a SaaS environment. The successful candidate will support the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including configuration, testing, deployment, and production support.

In this role, you will:

• Configure and maintain business rules within the Fire Light platform.
• Develop and troubleshoot XML-based configurations.
• Configure Role Codes, Review Queues, Needs Determination, and mapping documents.
• Participate in requirements analysis, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Troubleshoot configuration issues and resolve tickets using Jira.
• Perform unit and integration testing to ensure quality and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Utilize AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and productivity.
• 1–3 years of experience in a configuration or technical support role.
• Strong XML development and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with Fire Light is required.
• Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience with Jira, Notepad++, and Adobe Acrobat is an asset.
• Knowledge of the insurance or financial services industry is preferred.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently or within a team.
