User-Focused Product Designer at FSRA

At FSRA, the Product Designer will lead the creation of intuitive user journeys and interface designs. The position requires collaboration with product owners, developers, and business teams to ensure alignment with regulatory objectives while championing accessibility and inclusive design. This role is pivotal in modernizing FSRA’s systems and achieving its vision of financial safety and fairness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop user flows, wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape design direction

• Map end-to-end business flows for Market Conduct in D365

• Lead design reviews, gathering feedback and refining solutions

• Champion organizational design standards and documentation

Requirements:

• Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field

• 5+ years in product or UX/UI design roles

• Experience with Dynamics 365 and Power Apps is an asset

• Proven ability in designing complex workflows and UI standards

• Strong portfolio showcasing digital interactions and interfaces
