Insight Global seeks a Strategic Lead Analyst to spearhead contact centre improvements for a prominent banking institution. Focus on driving design and delivery of advanced CCaaS solutions and integrations. As the key driver in this role, you will collaborate with architecture and engineering teams to align technical solutions with business objectives.
Your leadership will guide Agile teams through solution delivery phases while ensuring data integrity and security across systems. You'll also mentor junior members to foster a high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities- Define and refine requirements with stakeholders
- Shape solution design across multiple contact centre platforms
- Govern API integrations and data flow documentation
- Drive Agile processes and remove project blockers
- Guide and mentor junior BSAs to enhance team skills
- At least 5 years in Business Systems Analysis
- Expertise in CCaaS platforms like Genesys and Amazon Connect
- Solid background in API and system design
- Proven leadership in Agile environments
- Educational background in Business or Computer Science
