Technical Support Analyst at Agfa HealthCare

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems and three years of technical support experience, ideally in Healthcare IT. Your strong skills in IT-infrastructure and effective communication will help you provide excellent service to both customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical expertise to customers and teams
• Manage escalations to Level 2 and development units
• Document resolutions in the knowledge database
• Participate in customer site visits to offer support
• Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements
Requirements:
• Bachelor's in Computer Science or relevant experience
• Three years in a technical support role
• Strong knowledge of Linux, UNIX, and Windows systems
• Experience with HL7 or DICOM preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
