Business Analyst

Support client engagements, software development projects and business-process improvement initiatives. You'll gather requirements, document workflows, and bridge business needs to technical teams across government, AI, Fin Tech and digital-transformation work. Co-op students, recent graduates and early-career professionals are encouraged to apply.

• Gather and document business requirements from clients and stakeholders.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops; write BRDs.
• Develop process maps, workflows and user stories.
• Assist with project planning, scope definition and timelines.
• Work closely with developers, designers and project managers.
• Support software testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Prepare project documentation, reports and deliverables.

• Degree or diploma in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Project Management or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite; strong documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Experience with software development projects and Agile / Scrum.
• Writing user stories, acceptance criteria and process models.
• Familiarity with AI, cybersecurity, Fin Tech or digital transformation.
• PMP, CAPM, CBAP, ECBA, PRINCE2 or Agile certifications an asset.
