As a Service Now Technical Lead at EQB, you will independently manage the Bank's Service Now applications while mentoring your team. Collaborate with various stakeholders, including developers and external vendors, to ensure the platform meets business needs. This role emphasizes adherence to industry best practices and compliance with Bank policies while fostering a supportive and innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee design and deployment of Service Now applications
• Collaborate with teams to gather and analyze project requirements
• Ensure compliance with the Bank’s technological standards
• Provide mentorship to Service Now developers and administrators
• Manage configuration and maintenance of platform security and workflows
Requirements:
• 8+ years in Information Technology, 5+ in Service Now
• Certification in Service Now Administration or Development
• Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST API
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of SDLC concepts and ITIL framework
