As a Technical Project Manager at Chaxy AI, you will leverage over five years of project management experience to oversee complex software and IT projects. You’ll act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring that milestones are achieved and quality is maintained.
Your role will involve applying Agile and Scrum methodologies effectively, managing resources, and conducting risk assessments to drive business success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute software and IT project delivery
• Manage budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams
• Facilitate Agile and Scrum ceremonies and practices
• Report progress and metrics to leadership
• Address and resolve conflicts while fostering collaboration
Requirements:
• 5+ years in project management within tech sectors
• Proficient in Agile frameworks and Jira/Confluence
• Strong skills in budget and timeline management
• Effective communicator with conflict resolution abilities
• Bachelor's in Engineering, IT, or related field
