Agile Delivery Senior Scrum Master

Take the next step as an Agile Delivery Senior Scrum Master! Lead effective sprint processes and enhance Agile maturity within multiple teams while working in a hybrid format. As a dedicated Senior Scrum Master, you will bring at least four years of experience to the table, guiding 2–3 teams towards optimal performance.
Responsibilities- Lead Scrum delivery and facilitate team retrospectives
- Identify systemic issues and coach for improvement
- Protect sprint integrity by managing scope changes
- Guide teams in aligning on product goals
- Contribute to the Agile community through training
- CSM, PMI-ACP or equivalent credentials
- 4 years of experience as Scrum Master
- 3+ years in an enterprise Agile setting
- Skilled in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Miro
- Knowledgeable about frameworks like Protected or LeSS
