Become a pivotal part of BDO Canada’s Tax Transformation as a Data & Analytics Lead. Drive efficiency and insights with your expertise in data platforms and analytics tools. This role, focused on revolutionizing the Tax practice, requires at least 5 years of experience in data analytics or engineering.
You will be instrumental in establishing a scalable data foundation, enhancing decision-making through actionable insights, and streamlining workflows. Your collaboration with business stakeholders will be key in shaping data solutions aligned with technology.
Key Responsibilities- Build a robust tax data foundation
- Assess and optimize existing data sources
- Develop scalable data structures using Azure and Databricks
- Create dashboards using Power BI and reporting tools
- Identify and implement automation opportunities
- 5+ years in data analytics or related fields
- Experience with data platforms like Azure and SQL
- Proficiency in visualization tools such as Power BI
- Solid skills in data modeling and ETL processes
- Understanding of AI and advanced analytics is preferred
