Pay and Benefits
Base salary range: $94,200 - $115,200 per year.
Annual bonus target: 12% of base salary, with potential payout up to double the target based on personal and company performance.

About the RoleWe are looking for a Product Owner Oracle Fusion Cloud to lead the implementation, integration, and management of Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, primarily focusing on General Ledger, Intercompany, Human Capital Management, and Fixed Assets modules. The role reports to the Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Director and collaborates with financial, IT, and external partners to ensure robust, scalable financial systems.
Responsibilities- Implementation and Configuration: Manage the implementation and configuration of Oracle Fusion Cloud modules, gather requirements, translate them into system configurations, manage integration during acquisitions, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure reporting requirements are met.
- System Maintenance and Support: Manage daily operations and maintenance, provide technical support, resolve issues, monitor performance, identify improvements, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and reliability.
- Process Improvement: Analyze current financial processes, identify improvement or automation opportunities, develop best practices, ensure architecture supports scalability, stay informed on new features, and recommend adoption.
- Training and Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation and develop training programs for post-acquisition changes and integrations.
- Systems and Financial Data Compliance: Develop control protocols for financial systems, implement and assess compliance controls, facilitate collaboration with the 52-109 compliance program, and work with auditors to ensure alignment.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. CPA designation, master's degree, or relevant certifications (e.g., Oracle Certified Professional) are a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud or any leading ERP system, focused on General Ledger, Intercompany, Human Capital Management, and Fixed Assets modules.
- Proven experience leading ERP implementations and managing ongoing system maintenance.
- Strong experience in financial systems, accounting principles, and post-acquisition financial integration.
- In-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud applications and the specified modules.
- Strong understanding of financial processes, accounting principles, and project management.
- Excellent project management skills, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Capacity to work independently and as part of a team.
- For candidates located in Quebec, bilingual in English and French is required.
- Must be eligible to work in Canada.
- Experience with other ERP modules such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Treasury Management.
- Experience in the finance, insurance, or technology sectors.
- Hybrid work model with three days a week in the office.
- Occasional travel to different company sites.
