Become a Rev Ops Analyst at Cohere in NYC, SF, or Toronto, and use analytics to drive revenue growth. Your Salesforce and BI tools knowledge will enhance operational impact.
As a key member of the Revenue Operations team, you will report directly to the Head of Revenue Operations. The role involves improving data reporting and quote-to-cash processes while collaborating cross-functionally for customer insights that lead to increased revenue.
Key Responsibilities- Elevate revenue reporting and systems with GTM teams
- Ensure accuracy in quote-to-cash processes
- Collaborate to provide comprehensive customer insights
- Drive initiatives for data hygiene and CRM governance
- Manage operational requests promptly
- 3+ years of experience in sales operations
- Proficient with Salesforce and CPQ
- Familiarity with revenue workflow tech stacks
- Experience with BI tools such as Looker or Tableau
- Solid communication skills for senior management
