Key Responsibilities:- Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications
- Incorporate user feedback into design iterations
- Conduct user research using qualitative and quantitative methods
- Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project success
- Experience with Ontario Design Systems and usability testing
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma and Adobe Suite
- Solid facilitation skills for team collaboration
- Understanding of accessibility standards (AODA/WCAG)
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines
