- Implement a data governance framework for ethical data use
- Create robust reporting solutions for actionable insights
- Collaborate with teams on scalable data infrastructure
- Identify and arise opportunities to improve data quality
- 5+ years in data analytics; 2+ focused on HR
- Experience with visualization tools and data governance
- Solid SQL skills and familiarity with cloud platforms
- Ability to present insights clearly to stakeholders
- Adaptability in a fast-paced workplace
- Utilize your analytical skills to significantly impact TELUS' human resource strategies
