Position: Salesforce Production Support Analyst Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage production incidents and escalation processes

• Support deployment activities and validate post-deployment functionality

• Administer users, permissions, and data models in Salesforce

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical customisation issues

• Optimize Salesforce instance performance through regular health checks

Requirements:

• 3+ years in Salesforce administration and development

• 2+ years with nCino loan management system

• Strong Salesforce integration experience using APIs

• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce REST APIs

• SQL skills with database management expertise
