Vice President of Business Technology Strategy

Drive the technology agenda for Investment Banking at BMO as Vice President of Business Technology. Shape strategic initiatives in M&A, Equity Capital Markets, and more in a collaborative setting.

In this senior role, you will partner closely with stakeholders to align business priorities with technology capabilities. Your contributions will support the evolution of a multi-year technology roadmap and enhance banker productivity, client engagement, and usability of data platforms. Engage various business leaders to influence technology initiatives and support operational execution across key areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with leadership to align technology with business priorities

• Develop a multi-year roadmap for CRM and deal workflows

• Act as a liaison between business and technology teams

• Collaborate with teams for effective execution across initiatives

• Promote solutions that improve efficiency and data usability

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in Capital Markets and Investment Banking

• Familiarity with technology-enabled transformation processes

• Strong knowledge of CRM and client data management

• Excellent communication and stakeholder influence skills

• Knowledge of risk, control, and regulatory requirements
