Drive financial and workforce planning efforts as a Senior Data Analyst. Utilize SQL, Power BI, and advanced analytics to enhance operational efficiency and reporting processes.
In this role, you will engage in budget-related reporting and variance analysis to deliver insightful management commentary. Your expertise will help identify cost improvements and support workforce and capacity planning through data-driven insights. You will also partner with cross-functional teams to enhance self-serve reporting and automate workflows using Power Platform and Power BI.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver insightful budget-related reporting and variance analyses
• Identify cost efficiency opportunities through analytics
• Support resource allocation and staffing requirements analysis
• Develop documentation for reporting and workflow improvements
• Promote self-serve reporting with multi-functional teams
Requirements:
• 5+ years' experience in an analyst role
• Proficient in SQL, Power BI, and Azure Databricks
• Strong skills in data transformation and analysis
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Advanced Excel proficiency
Utilize your analytical skills to inform strategic decisions in financial planning and operation.
