• 2+ years’ experience with Maximo (v9, v8 or v7) & expertise in IBM Maximo Asset Management / IBM Maximo Application Suite
• Minimum ten years of experience evaluating, recommending, documenting business workflow, procedures, roles & responsibilities, and systems integration & conversion strategies
• Experience in documenting "as‑is" and designing "to‑be" business processes using BPMN
• Maximo implementation experience in asset management areas: planning, preventative maintenance, capital project delivery, contract/vendor management, service requests & work orders using web, geospatial, and mobile technology

• University degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent education/experience
• Minimum ten years of application systems experience performing requirements elicitation and analysis, facilitating workshops with business stakeholders, and documenting business requirements for large‑scale technology implementation projects
• 2+ years’ experience with Maximo and expertise in IBM Maximo Asset Management / IBM Maximo Application Suite
• Extensive experience supporting implementation and sustainment of large‑scale IT solutions, including analysis, architecture, design, testing, and roll‑out
• Experience in QA and testing techniques, including planning, creating test data, functional testing, UAT, and experience with HP ALM suite a plus
• Knowledge of current and emerging information & technology concepts such as mobile computing, GUI design principles, document management, business/data modelling, information management, data analysis, business intelligence, Agile methodologies, and network‑centric computing environments

• Provide business analysis support to EWMS SWMS project and vendor teams during design workshops
• Create requirements traceability matrix and convert requirements into JIRA for testing and traceability purposes
• Participate in creation of test plans and cases, conduct test execution, defect triage, management, and reporting of test results
• Report testing status, issues/risks, and other required information

• Elicit, document, and obtain approvals/sign‑offs on Business Requirements Document (BRD) from stakeholders
• Prepare test plans, test cases, scenarios, and results documents
• Support / execute various types of technical tests (unit, functional, integration, system, regression, penetration, performance, and user acceptance testing)
• Analyze results and create reports for management as needed
• Track problems, defects, and issues on the project
• Other responsibilities such as Benefits Realization Planning may be assigned

Anticipated duration: 6 months with a potential 6‑month extension. The analyst will work hybrid mode, remote two days per week and in‑person three days per week (15th floor, Metro Hall, 55 John St, Toronto). Working hours are seven hours per day, five days per week during normal business hours.
