Key Responsibilities:
• Lead cross-functional design workshops and brainstorming sessions
• Transform user needs into compelling visual layouts
• Conduct user research to validate design solutions
• Create prototypes to communicate concepts effectively
• Collaborate to establish information architecture and workflows
Requirements:
• 4-6 years of relevant work experience
• Mastery of Figma and usability evaluation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of emotional agility and adaptability
• Proven experience in customer experience design
