The role within the Performance Intelligence & Reporting team requires a candidate with deep technical skills and strong business acumen. You will focus on developing automated solutions and optimizing data pipelines for effective decision-making and performance visibility with Power BI. Delivering accurate and scalable reports while ensuring data integrity will be crucial in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and optimize end-to-end Power BI solutions
• Develop scalable reporting frameworks for enterprise insights
• Modernize reporting processes for automation and self-service
• Validate data integrity across reporting outputs
• Translate complex data into actionable executive narratives
Requirements:
• 5+ years in analytics or performance intelligence
• Advanced Power BI experience including DAX calculations
• Proficient in data transformation with SQL and Power Query
• Experience with large, multi-source datasets
• Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for analysis
