• Develop and lead enterprise-wide data and analytics strategies.

• Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership.
• Lead modernization of analytics and reporting frameworks.
• Oversee privacy governance and ensure compliance with PHIPA.
Requirements:
• 10-12 years of senior leadership in data and privacy.
• Master’s degree in health informatics or related field.
• Expertise in Ontario privacy legislation and data governance.
• Proven success in leading data strategies.
• Strong understanding of privacy risk management.
Lead impactful data strategies and privacy initiatives to improve lives at POGO.
