On-Site IT Technician

As a temporary IT Technician, you'll interact directly with users, addressing their technology challenges in a professional and courteous manner.
Your role will also involve managing IT diagnostic efforts and ensuring timely resolutions to enhance system usability and efficiency. Join a team focused on continuous improvement and user satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess user needs at the IT service desk
• Offer immediate, courteous on-site technical support
• Execute IT diagnostics and handle follow-ups
• Ensure timely resolution of support requests
• Setup and maintain company workstations and devices
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years of IT support experience required
• Relevant IT diploma (DEC or AEC) or equivalent
• Strong familiarity with software and productivity tools
• Customer-focused with strong communication skills
• Knowledge of French is a plus
