Senior Designer, Montreal

Responsibilities

• Design coherent, impactful experiences for the visualization platform
• Solve complex challenges through creativity and systems thinking
• Incorporate AI tools into your design process
• Create precise, intuitive interactions that balance user satisfaction with business impact
• Collaborate with the UX research team and leverage data and analytics to uncover insights that inform design decisions
• Advocate for a human-centered interaction design approach from ideation through prototyping and testing
• Work closely with designers, product managers, and engineers
• Communicate the rationale behind design decisions through storytelling, presentations, and iterative deliverables to drive alignment
• Explore emerging technologies, including AI-powered interfaces, motion design, and animation, to innovate for future experiences

• 3 to 5 years of UX design experience in a UX designer role
• Strong interaction design skills and attention to detail
• Previous experience with SaaS products
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills
• Experience with industry-standard tools such as Figma
• Understanding of AEC workflows and Autodesk tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Forma
• Experience with or exposure to AR/VR or immersive design techniques
• Proven ability to use user research and customer feedback as the basis for design decisions
• Familiarity with AI-powered design tools or workflows and interest in emerging technologies
