Elevate IT governance and compliance with a top pharmaceutical firm as a Senior Cybersecurity Policy & Controls Documentation Specialist. Focus on building ICFR and Information Security documentation.

This senior role requires 4-6+ years in IT controls, governance, compliance, and cybersecurity documentation. You will collaborate with Cybersecurity, Compliance, Audit, Risk, and Technology teams to develop and maintain key security policies and IT controls. Ideal candidates will excel in regulated environments and demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain cybersecurity policies and governance documentation

• Document IT controls aligning with compliance requirements

• Support ICFR buildout and Information Security governance
