Production Support Analyst - Salesforce Systems

You will address production incidents and support system enhancements within Salesforce. Your responsibilities include validating post-deployment functionality, administering user permissions, and optimizing instance performance. Key Responsibilities:
• Handle incidents, ensuring timely resolutions and escalations
• Support production releases, hotfixes, and config changes
• Validate and verify post-deployment system stability
• Customize Salesforce objects and manage users
• Optimize Salesforce performance through health checks
Requirements:
• Experience in Salesforce administration and development
• Proficient in integrating with other systems via APIs
• Strong SQL and database management skills
• Familiarity with data normalization concepts
• Experience with troubleshooting in Apex and Lightning
