Enhance D365 Finance and Supply Chain Management systems as a Senior Consultant. Deliver expert consultancy and functional support to optimize client operations within a defined Service Level Agreement.
This senior-level position involves a deep dive into Dynamics 365 FSCM, resolving complex issues, and acting as a subject matter expert for Supply Chain Management. You will collaborate with clients to improve their processes and system usage while identifying risks and optimization opportunities as part of a global team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver high-quality functional support and consultancy for D365 FSCM
• Analyze and troubleshoot complex business and system issues
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve system usage
• Recommend internal support methodology improvements
• Support release management and testing activities
Requirements:
• Strong experience with D365 Finance & Supply Chain Management
• Expertise in Finance and Supply Chain modules
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology preferred
