Position: IT Site Lead Opportunity in Ontario

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage onsite IT operations and technical support

• Design automated employee onboarding processes with Okta

• Oversee conference room technology and office systems

• Collaborate with teams on infrastructure projects

• Administer and secure enterprise network components

Requirements:

• At least 5 years in Systems Administration

• Experience with macOS and Windows environments

• Proficient in Okta and Microsoft Intune

• Strong skills in troubleshooting and documentation

• Familiarity with Zoom Rooms and workplace tech
