This position demands a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in system support, preferably in a hybrid infrastructure. You will install, configure, and maintain essential software and hardware while collaborating with IT teams and managing user accounts. The role necessitates strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze logs and data for optimal system performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and configure operating systems and applications

• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues

• Manage user accounts and access rights

• Perform regular backups and implement disaster recovery plans

• Collaborate on new site setups and infrastructure requirements

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science or a related field

• 3-5 years experience in a medium to large organization

• Support experience in SQL Database and Microsoft Azure AD

• Solid knowledge of TCP/IP Network Stack

• Valid Ontario driver's license for travel across stores
