This role includes managing day-to-day operations for , ensuring seamless customer interactions. You will leverage analytics to provide actionable insights and resolve any operational challenges efficiently. This manager position requires effective collaboration with cross-functional teams including IT, merchandising, and logistics to continually refine the eCommerce journey.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily site operations and maintain optimal uptime
• Monitor and enhance site performance; identify user experience issues
• Collaborate with IT for rapid troubleshooting and issue resolution
• Lead site health audits and manage enhancements pipeline
• Facilitate eCommerce transformation and alignment across teams
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum 4 years of eCommerce experience, 2 years in operations
• Proficient with web analytics tools, especially Adobe Analytics
• Experience with CMS and eCommerce systems
• Strong analytical and project management skills
