Key Responsibilities:
• Lead design, development, and deployment of Service Now applications
• Collaborate with teams to gather and analyze project requirements
• Ensure adherence to the Bank’s IT policies and best practices
• Provide mentorship to Service Now developers and administrators
• Manage the configuration and maintenance of the Service Now platform
Requirements:
• 8+ years in IT; 5+ years in Service Now development
• Certification in Service Now System Administrator or Developer
• Proficiency in Service Now modules and scripting tools
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities
• Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex issues
