Lead the technical operations of end-user solutions with CI Financial. This role focuses on Microsoft 365 administration, identity management, and innovation improvements.
As the Systems Engineer (End User Services), you will oversee the implementation and management of essential services like O365 and MFA. Your expertise will drive improvements in internal processes, expand service capabilities, and ensure compliance and security within Microsoft environments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer Microsoft 365 environment including Exchange Online and Teams
• Manage identity solutions such as SSO and MFA within the organization
• Support and enhance Microsoft Teams Rooms and AV technologies
• Perform Level 3 support for Microsoft 365 and identity platforms
• Develop documentation and procedures for best practices
Requirements:
• 5+ years managing Microsoft environments and Microsoft 365
• Experience with MFA and SSO technologies like Okta and Cisco Duo
• Strong skills in Power Shell scripting and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with enterprise IT project support
• Preferred certifications in Microsoft 365 or security
