AS400 Production Support Engineer at TCS

You'll coordinate with multiple teams to enhance end-to-end production solutions and handle system-level debugging for operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot incidents and service requests effectively

• Coordinate with IT teams for high-performance solutions

• Provide 24x7 support for critical issues

• Lead Root Cause Analysis and implement changes

Requirements:

• Strong experience with IBM i (AS400/iSeries) systems

• Proficient in CL and RPG for troubleshooting

• Knowledge of batch job processing and scheduling

• Familiarity with monitoring tools and automation scripting

• Experience in data fixes and system-level debugging
