Join Stefanini Group as a Deskside Technician II in Toronto to deliver exceptional IT support. Work extensively with desktops, laptops, and various devices in a vibrant corporate environment.
This full-time role targets experienced technicians for desktop/laptop support to corporate clients. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining IT assets, and managing customer incidents quickly and effectively. The position also includes handling mobile devices and ensuring user satisfaction with fast resolutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for desktops and laptops
• Perform IMAC support including installations and maintenance
• Conduct inventory management of IT assets
• Resolve technical incidents through ticketing software
• Provide assistance with printers and peripheral devices
Requirements:
• At least 3 years in a similar technical support role
• High School Diploma required; A+ Certification is a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism
• Excellent problem-solving abilities under pressure
• Experience with Office 365 and SharePoint Online
