Lead BMO Financial Group's enterprise insider threat program, shaping strategy and governance to mitigate insider risks. Drive proactive measures to strengthen operational resilience and safeguard sensitive data.

This vital role requires overseeing insider threat strategies and frameworks  will collaborate with diverse teams across Cybersecurity, Fraud, and Risk to enhance protective measures against insider threats and emerging risks. Proficiency in data analytics and incident investigation, along with the ability to manage complex threats, is essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define insider threat strategy and long-term roadmap

• Establish governance structures for risk management

• Improve intelligence-led prevention and detection methods

• Collaborate with various teams for coordinated responses

• Deliver executive-level insights on insider threat posture

Requirements:

• 10+ years in banking or intelligence

• Experience leading global risk or security programs

• Proven ability in insider threat and fraud management

• Strong analytical skills for data-driven insights

• Excellent leadership presence with senior stakeholders
