As a senior member, you’ll guide reporting improvement, partner with analytics teams, and ensure BI metrics align with strategic goals. Your proficiency in data visualization will drive industry-leading best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create dynamic BI dashboards and reporting packages

• Analyze existing solutions to bolster business intelligence

• Manage and enhance reporting to support business decisions

• Collaborate to develop effective data presentation methods

• Monitor service efficiency and implement process improvements

Requirements:

• At least five years’ experience in business intelligence

• Expertise in Power BI and report/dashboard development

• Robust ETL skills using cloud technologies (Python, SQL)

• Strong documentation skills in Confluence and Jira

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
