Responsibilities
The following outlines the core responsibilities for the role.
- Gather and document business and technical requirements
- Work with SRE, Dev Ops, Infrastructure, and Application teams
- Analyze production issues and support incident, problem, and change management
- Create BRDs, user stories, process flows, and functional documents
- Coordinate UAT, defect tracking, and release activities
- Collaborate with stakeholders in an Agile environment
- 7+ years of Business Analyst experience
- Experience working with SRE/Production Support or Dev Ops teams
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Jira, Confluence, and SQL
- Understanding of Incident, Problem, and Change Management
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
