Voiant Group Canada, Inc. is searching for a Consulting Manager specialized in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions. You will oversee design and architecture while leading a dedicated team on complex client projects. With a focus on Incentive Compensation Management and Financial Planning, your expertise in hands-on solution architecture will be crucial.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement cloud-based EPM solutions for clients

• Lead project teams and manage client engagements

• Develop Anaplan and Pigment models for business cases

• Translate business requirements into technical solutions

• Mentor junior consultants and support practice development

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field

• Active Anaplan Certified Master Ana planner credential

• Five years of consulting experience in EPM solutions

• Direct client-facing engagement experience

• Strong communication skills in English
