Shape the future of client experiences at Sun Life as the AVP, Experience Design. Lead user experience initiatives and drive impactful design strategies to enhance client satisfaction and engagement across digital channels.
Reporting to the VP of Digital Channels, you will engage with stakeholders to elevate client experiences across diverse products and services.
Your role includes defining journey roadmaps, enhancing the maturity of experience design within the company, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. A strong focus on collaboration with departments will enable you to create seamless, omni-channel client journeys.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide experience design expertise across product and service journeys
• Translate strategic vision into actionable design roadmaps
• Collaborate with leaders to accelerate design maturity
• Drive the systematic enhancement of client experiences
• Oversee digital roadmap execution and organizational capacity
Requirements:
• 10+ years in strategic digital design functions
• Hands-on experience in product/service design
• Proven track record in mobile/web UI/UX strategies
• Strong foundations in design frameworks
• Ability to drive iterative design delivery
