Job Description

We are looking for an experienced QA Manager with a strong background in Insurance (Property & Casualty – Claims). The ideal candidate will lead end‑to‑end testing strategies, manage QA teams, and collaborate with client leadership to ensure high-quality product delivery. This role requires expertise in functional and end‑to‑end testing, stakeholder management, and QA governance.

• Lead and manage end‑to‑end QA activities including test planning, design, execution, and reporting.
• Define and implement QA strategy, frameworks, standards, and best practices.
• Develop test plans, estimations, schedules, and strategy documents.
• Oversee functional, integration, and end‑to‑end testing processes.
• Collaborate with client leadership teams and stakeholders to align QA deliverables with business goals.
• Provide strategic solutions and recommendations to improve quality and delivery efficiency.
• Manage and mentor QA teams, ensuring high performance and continuous improvement.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks across testing cycles.
• Provide feedback to development teams on technical issues, defects, and operational challenges.
• Ensure proper use of QA tools such as Jira and ALM for defect tracking and test management.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in QA processes and methodologies.

• Years of experience in Quality Assurance, with significant experience in a QA Manager role.
• Strong knowledge of Insurance Domain, especially Claims Management (Property & Casualty).
• Deep understanding of Testing Concepts, Processes, and Methodologies.
• Hands‑on experience in Functional Testing and End‑to‑End Testing.
• Proven experience in stakeholder management and client collaboration.
• Strong expertise in QA strategy planning, risk management, and program governance.
• Experience with test planning, estimation, and execution management.
• Proficiency in Jira, ALM, or similar test management tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.

• Knowledge of Performance Testing, Security Testing, and API Testing approaches.
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.
• Familiarity with test automation frameworks.
