Position: Head of Technology Operations in Payments
Lead the payment technology strategy at Interac, the backbone of Canada’s financial ecosystem. Ensure secure and resilient operations for Debit platforms.

In your role as Head of Payments at Interac, you will be pivotal in driving technology innovations for Debit and related products. Reporting to the Group Head, Technology & Operations, you will focus on platform reliability, operational excellence, and a collaborative approach with multiple stakeholders. Modernizing existing systems and ensuring strict compliance will be essential to your success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Align technology roadmap with business strategy

• Ensure 24/7 performance and availability of payment platforms

• Lead modernization of existing infrastructure and practices

Requirements:

• 15+ years in Technology Delivery and Operations

• Proven expertise in high latency payment platforms

• Strong operational resilience and compliance skills

• Leadership in building high-performing teams

• Ability to influence strategic alignment across departments
