ERP Application Support Analyst at MNP

In this position, you will provide Tier 1–2 support for Business Central environments, addressing client issues related to financial workflows and system configurations. Ideal candidates come from ERP or application support backgrounds, ready to enhance their expertise in Business Central and engage in problem management and process improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide application support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Troubleshoot client issues related to financial workflows and integrations
• Document assessments and resolve or escalate issues
• Deliver support via phone and digital channels
• Collaborate on complex issues with senior analysts
Requirements:
• 2+ years of ERP application support experience
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Strong understanding of core accounting processes
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Organizational skills for managed services environments
