In this role, you will assist Varicent’s workforce with endpoint devices, identity platforms, and productivity tools. Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues for global employees
• Oversee device preparation and software setup for onboarding
• Maintain records on user accounts and asset information
• Partner with security teams on device management tasks
• Document procedures and maintain the IT knowledge base
Requirements:
• Experience in corporate IT support or multi-location environments
• Familiarity with tools like Jamf and SCCM
• Understanding of incident management practices
• Strong analytical skills for technical troubleshooting
• Certification in Information Technology or relevant experience
